PGA Pros & Golf Conditioning Coaches Working Together

As a Golf Fitness Coach it is imperative to work together with your students swing coach. We must understand what our students are working on in their swing to get maximum results. If our students instructor is trying to restrict their hip turn in the backswing but we notice their hips are so tight that it will be impossible for them to do what the instructor is asking then that is the first aspect of the students training program we will address as well as lower body stability to go along with their newly flexible hips.
